Plain-language privacy

Your circle stays on this device.

Problems, approaches, votes, and rationales are saved in your browser’s local database. We do not receive them, create child accounts, or track participants.

What is stored

The app stores the circle you author, anonymous vote totals and written rationales, reveal state, and—if you buy or restore the template pack—a license token and its last verification result.

What leaves the device

Nothing from a circle is sent to us. License verification sends only the license token to Sociobot’s billing API. Opening checkout leaves this site for Sociobot/Dodo, the merchant of record, whose privacy terms apply there.

Your control

Use “Export data” to keep a JSON copy. “Clear this circle” removes circle data from this browser. Removing site data in browser settings clears everything, including a restored license.
